Val Quinn, a Dublin, Ireland, native, earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree from University College Dublin (UCD) in 1989. Following this, she obtained a Masters in Business Studies (Marketing) the subsequent year. In the early 1990s, amidst Ireland’s recession, Val, like many others, moved to London, accumulating four years of experience in sales and marketing, before returning home to work for Baileys Irish Cream, Mars Masterfoods and a seventeen-year career with The Coca-Cola Company.
Since departing The Coca-Cola Company in 2021, Val has launched her own business, Tilly (www.tilly.ie), serving as a business trainer, executive and life coach. Through her work, Val is passionate about inspiring people to lead purpose-driven lives. She encourages self-reflection and proactive steps, advocating for intentional choices that can lead to a more fulfilling and purposeful life aligned with one’s aspirations.
Val’s debut book is a testament to her vision, where she shares her personal story and convinced others to do the same, in the quest to help inspire individuals with their journey toward fulfilment.
